                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 1200
                   BLOCK OF NORTH HOLTZCLAW AVENUE, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM R-2
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE AND C-2 CONVENIENCE
                   COMMERCIAL ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located in the 1200 block of North
                Holtzclaw Avenue, being on the southeast line of
                North Holtzclaw Avenue southwest of Wilson Street. 
                Lots 42-54 and lot 42-55A, Chattanooga Housing
                Authority Orchard Knob Urban Renewal Project, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 47, page 77,
                ROHC, and revised lot 42-55B, Chattanooga Housing
                Authority Orchard Knob Urban Renewal Project, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 47, page 358,
                ROHC; being part of the properties described in
                deed book 2120, page 211, ROHC, deed book 2185,
                page 157, ROHC, deed book 2227, page 925, ROHC,
                deed book 2288, page 471, ROHC, deed book 2547,
                page 5, ROHC, and deed book 2579, page 313, ROHC. 
                Tax Map No. 136N-B-6.1, 6.2, and 6.3.
               
               
         from  R-2 Residential Zone and C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone 
to
         R-4 Special Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
